In 1860, Willie Park received The Challenge Belt for winning the first Open Championship played on a 12-hole layout at Prestwick Golf Club. Let's just say things have a changed a bit over the years.

Today, they play for the Claret Jug and current holder, South African Louis Oozheizen who won in snoozer at St. Andrews, will head south to Royal St. Georges in defense of his title.

Founded in 1887 by Scotsman Laidlaw Purves and St. Georges is set in a vast area of natural links land on the Kent coast near to the ancient town of Sandwich and was the first course outside Scotland to stage The Open Championship.
